Tank design is critical to the proper operation of a high voltage modulator. We’re talking about the one at the top of the picture, not the one at the bottom. The tank holds the high voltage components in an oil bath that insulates them from ground and eliminates corona. It also needs to handle heat dissipation, oil expansion and atmospheric pressure variations all without leaking. H6 Systems designs special tanks for our customers applications.
